About The Centre of Light
During this amazing time of transition on Earth we may all feel the effects in our lives of the changing energies at some level or another through economic, health or relationship issues. This can be challenging when we travel alone, however by coming together at The Centre of Light we find understanding, solutions and support. This is mainly achieved by the program of events and workshops we offer at The Centre of Light. Regular Mind, Body and Spirit Events
At The Centre of Light we offer a wide-ranging programme including Inspirational Guest Speaker Talks, Meditation Groups, Workshops, Courses, One to One and Group Therapy and Holistic Therapies. Hello my name is Catherine Bailey, the founder of The Centre of Light. How did I get to this point? After working in the NHS for some years as a Nurse, I had four beautiful children. Through taking a Reiki course, which totally changed my life, I started Spiritual and personal development. As well as being a Master/teacher in Reiki I also qualified in other therapies including NLP, Coaching, Counselling, EFT, Meta Medicine, Angelic Reiki and body work. I blend all this experience to produce a personal approach to work, working on individual and collective issues.
