We offer a comprehensive range of Mind, Body and Spiritual workshops throughout the year. Aiming to empower you and give you information and a greater understanding of the subject. Also providing the opportunity for spiritual and personal development while sharing this wonderful experience with like minded people in a friendly, peaceful place.

Every Thursday
7.30 - 9.00pm
Meditation starts at 7.30pm (please arrive at least 10 minutes early) and finishes at 9pm. Bring own socks, blanket and water if required

First Thursday of Each Month, 4.30 - 5.30pm No Fee
For children aged 8yrs and upwards. Children are guided through two short meditations with an opportunity for feedback through drawing and discussion in the Therapy room. Parents can wait in the lounge area of The Centre of Light if they are not local.

Doors Open 7.00pm, Speaker Starts at 8pm.
Inspirational speakers covering Mind, Body and Spirit topics.
Doors open at 7.00pm for meet and greet with light refreshments. Speaker’s talk starting at 8pm finishing at 9.30pm.
Fee £6.00. Children (aged 10yrs and over free).

Fortnightly, meet on Monday's. 7.30-9.30pm
You are welcome to join this friendly group who meet to discuss and develop Spiritual awareness.
The evening often includes a short guided meditation and topic's include: Ascended Master's, Spiritual Law's, Archangels, Meditation, Healing, Oneness, Ascension and much more.
Fee £5, including refreshments.
