Booking a Course or Workshop is simple and easy. Download a booking form below, or phone or email to request a copy. Fill in the booking form and a cheque for the required amount. Post the cheque and booking form to me and await your course booking confirmation. When booking any of the courses or workshops a deposit is payable, the amount is shown on the booking form. This is to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid prior to the starting date or on the morning of the course/workshop at registration.
